Kalyn Staton, Owner and Founder of Be Well Health and Wellness Center LLC, is a Naturopathic Doctor, Iridologist and ZYTO Practitioner. As a ND, Kalyn consults and assesses each client by working to assist in restoring balance among Mind, Body and Spirit; This is done by creating an Individualized Nutrition Plan, Natural Health Remedies, Herbal Cleanses, Bach Flower Remedies, Essential Oils, Detoxes, Consultations, Zyto Body Scans, Wellness Visits, and much more. As an Iridologist, Kalyn is able to use the irides to see tissue and organ health as well as weak areas throughout the body. By working with the irides, Kalyn may determine which organs and/or systems within the body need strengthening and/or cleansing. Kalyn fully believes in finding balance within the mind body and spirit. Full health comes only when these are in balance and in sync with one another.
Kalyn graduated from Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida, with a Bachelor’s in Education, with a Minor in Music and Art, in 2012. She later graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana, as an ND, MIP, CNHP, and CHS. While teaching in the Florida school system for 7 years as a First Grade Teacher, Kalyn finished her Natural Health degrees. Shortly after, Kalyn opened the doors to Be Well in Downtown St. Petersburg. Florida. After four years in Downtown St. Petersburg, Kalyn made the move to the beautiful Winston-Salem, NC to enjoy fresh air and beautiful hikes with her husband and child.
Kalyn currently resides in Winston Salem, If she’s not working diligently at the office, you will most likely find Kalyn on a Hike, working in the Be Well Organic Garden, training in the gym and/or continuing to work to sustain balance and peace within her life.
